For both the Value Bulk ($19/card, up to $499 DV) and Value ($25/card, up to $499 DV) service levels, if PSA determines a card’s graded Declared Value was inaccurately estimated, and actually falls between $500 and $999 instead of $499 or less, the customer will be charged $40 for that particular card versus the higher rate of $75.

Cards, Tickets or Packs graded by other third-party firms may be submitted in their holders for PSA grading. PSA will evaluate the item inside the current holder. If PSA deems the item worthy to cross over into the Customer’s specified minimum grade, the item will be removed from its holder and placed into a PSA holder. Customers using the Crossover Service must provide a minimum grade on the submission form. If you are willing to accept any PSA grade, then put "1" in the minimum grade column.
A service that will allow collectors to personalize their labels. For example, the "John Doe Collection" may appear on the PSA label. This will be offered on a case by case basis, reserved for “special” cards and/or sets that must meet certain high-end or rare criteria. Pedigree requests must be pre-approved prior to submission. Please note: All card/ticket issues vary in size. Occasionally, a card/ticket will not fit into the designated holder. If this occurs, it will be placed in a mylar sleeve and put in an oversized holder. There are also card/ticket issues that PSA's current holders cannot accommodate. We will grade entertainment tickets on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out a ‘Research Request’ in the Customer Request Center to see if your ticket is eligible.
PSA will begin authenticating and grading tickets from Ticketmaster, TicketTron, Tickets.com and other select 3rd party ticket providers for sporting events. Special designations may be added to labels to distinguish 3rd party ticket providers. PSA will not be processing any print-at-home tickets.
Due to the printing process and type of paper stock used on some tickets, fading of the ink may occur, which could affect the grade if re-submitted under one of our review or reholder services. As a reminder, tickets are not covered by the PSA Financial Guaranty of Grade & Authenticity, nor is PSA responsible for any type of fading that may occur once a ticket is encapsulated in a PSA holder.
